Does Fighting Eel have a store?
Our headquarters is located in Honolulu, Hawaii and is open to the public every Thursday, Friday and Saturday from 10 am-5 pm. We accept cash and credit cards. While we are not a “store,” we offer items from recent/past collections as well as sample pieces. Current collections can be purchased through our website and at most of the stores listed on our main site.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Does fightingeel.com accept international orders?
Due to our current shipping policy, the Fighting Eel website can only accept orders from the 50 United States. If you are an international customer, we will happily assist you with a phone order. Please call our sales staff at 1-808-524-1472 during regular business hours (10 AM to 5 PM HST) to check product availability and get a current shipping quote. International customers are responsible for paying all costs related to shipping the order, including shipping, duties, tariffs etc. Order to U.S. territories are considered international.
ORDERS
Once I have placed an order online, can I make changes to or cancel?
We strive to make your shopping experience with us enjoyable and stress-free. We will be more than happy to assist you in any capacity relating to our site or questions that you have about your order as well as inquiries about items that we carry. Please call our Fighting Eel team at (808) 524-1472 during business hours (10 am-5 pm Pacific Time) or feel free to e-mail us at customerservice@fightingeel.com.
How will I know if you have received my order?
An automatic response will be sent to your provided e-mail address confirming that fightingeel.com has indeed received your order. If you fail to receive this e-mail within 24 hours, please call or e-mail customerservice@fightingeel.com and we will be able to check the status of your order.
When should I expect my order to arrive?
Packages should arrive within 5 to 7 business days shipped via UPS Ground Service. Transit times may increase if your order is being shipped to a rural address or during holiday seasons.
What if an item I order is back-ordered or unavailable?
Due to high demand for many of our items, fightingeel.com cannot always guarantee availability of all products. If you have ordered an item that is no longer available or if an item will be delayed in shipping, we will notify you via e-mail. Your credit card will not be charged until your order is ready to be shipped and you will never be charged for the items that are no longer available. If you don't see something that you are looking for, please call our sales staff at 1-808-524-1472 during normal business hours (10 AM to 5 PM HST).
SHIPPING
How much will it cost to ship my order?
Because we truly appreciate your business, Fighting Eel ships all packages complimentary via UPS.
How will I be able to track my package?
Upon processing your order, fightingeel.com will send you a confirmation e-mail which will include a UPS tracking number. Using UPS.com, you can check the status of your package at any time.
Will I be charged sales tax?
Residents outside of the state of Hawaii will not be charged sales tax. As fightingeel.com is a business operating in the city of Honolulu, there will be a 4.712% sales tax for residents of the state of Hawaii.
RETURN/EXCHANGES
What is your return/exchange policy?
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return or exchange your merchandise within 14 days from date of purchase. Please note: Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. CREDIT OR REFUND WILL ONLY BE ISSUED IF ALL RETURNED ITEMS ARE UNWORN, UNALTERED, UNWASHED AND IN ITS ORIGINAL PACKAGING (if applicable). ALL tags must be attached.

Your credit or refund will take 10-14 business days. For credit card refunds, we'll credit your account and it will show on your following statement depending on the issuing band and/or billing cycle.
We recommend that you insure your package and only return your package with UPS, FedEx, or DHL, which allows you to track your package. Returns CANNOT be shipped via USPS. Please write the return authorization number visibly on the outside of the return package.
In Store Refunds:
Bring the packing slip and credit card used when you placed the order to Fighting Eel Headquarters, open Thursday, Friday and Saturday from 10–5 PM and we'll immediately credit your account.

DISCOUNT CODES
How do I use a promotional or discount code that I have received?Once you are ready to checkout, simply enter the your given code into the box marked “Promotional or Discount Code.” Once you press the "apply coupon" button the page will refresh and pricing information will update.
