ENTRY:
To enter, you must provide your name, email and mailing address on the entry form provided at www.fightingeel.com/promotions. Your mailing address is provided for the purpose of shipping purposes only. Limit one entry per person. One (1) winner will receive a $500 Gift Certificate redeemable only at fightingeel.com. Total value of prize is $500. The winners will be selected in a random drawing conducted by Fighting Eel on or around March 10, 2009 from among all eligible entries. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

All federal, state and local taxes on the prizes are the Winner's responsibility. Fighting Eel is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible or misdirected registrations, which will be disqualified. In the event of a dispute as to any registration, the authorized account holder of the email address used to register will be deemed to be the registrant. The “authorized account holder” is the natural person assigned an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted address. Potential winner may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holder. Fighting Eel is not responsible for any failure of any electronic equipment, computer transmissions and/or network connections, nor are they responsible for any inaccuracies in information which may be used in the Promotion, or any inaccurate information being displayed in the Promotion or becoming introduced into Promotion databases or for any technical or human error which may occur in the processing of attempts, including data entered by entrants. The potential winner will be notified by email and will have seven (7) days to confirm receipt of email and eligibility to receive prize. Failure of winner to comply with the prize claim requirements for any reason, or, the return of any prize notification or prize as undeliverable, or, the determination that the winner is ineligible to receive a prize, will result in forfeiture of the prize. Prize is not transferable. Unclaimed prizes will not be awarded. Winner is responsible for all federal, state and local taxes. Allow 6 to 8 weeks for shipment of prize. The prize will be shipped to winner directly from Fighting Eel. By entering, each entrant agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Fighting Eel. By accepting a prize, winner agrees to release Fighting Eel, its directors, employees, officers, and agents, including without limitation its advertising and promotion agencies, from any and all liability, loss or damages arising out of or in connection with the awarding, receipt, use or misuse of the prize or participation in any prize-related activities, including, but not limited to personal injury, death and property damage.
